Full description of the position
We Whiten is America's fastest-growing teeth whitening brand, with studios in Texas, Utah, and across the nation. We provide professional, spa-like whitening services - no drills, no dental work, just confident smiles. Our culture is high-energy and performance-driven. You are essentially a Sales Closer in our Southlake studio, working as a Junior Studio Partner. This is not a desk job - you'll be engaging with clients one-on-one, performing whitening treatments (with full training provided, and driving studio revenue through memberships and product sales. Think of it as running a mini-business within our business: you'll learn the ropes and, if you succeed, have a growth path to become a Studio Partner, typically, within the first 3 to 6 months for high performers. Compensation & Schedule * Full-time: 35 -40 hours/week, includes Saturdays * Hourly Base + Commission + Tips * Growth-focused with promotion track and incentives Key Responsibilities Client Care & Treatments * Provide whitening services (full training provided) * Educate clients on service benefits, post-care, and product options * Ensure a smooth, professional experience from check-in to checkout * Manage rebooking and follow-up to encourage repeat business Sales & Studio Growth * Convert new leads, walk-ins, and inquiries into paying clients * Sell memberships, packages, and take-home products * Contribute to revenue goals through consultative selling * Build relationships and generate referrals Studio Operations * Support daily studio functions with a strong sense of ownership * Monitor personal and studio performance metrics * Keep the space clean, welcoming, and aligned with brand standards * Collaborate with leadership to improve systems and efficiency Who This Role Is For * 2+ years of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience * Confident communicator and proactive problem-solver * Comfortable working weekends and structured full-time hours * Thrives in performance-driven environments * Open to feedback and willing to adapt quickly Preferred Backgrounds * Sales experience (required) - 2+ years in a commission-based sales role. Backgrounds in direct sales, fitness memberships, laser, automotive, solar, or alarm system sales do well here. * Outstanding communication - You're friendly, articulate, and confident speaking with clients in person. You can build trust quickly, listen to client needs, and clearly explain our services and products. * Drive and coachability - Goal-oriented and "hungry" - you love challenges and hitting targets. Open to learning and implementing feedback; you want to master our system and grow. A competitive spirit (with a team-player attitude) is ideal. * Work ethic - Not looking for "just a job" - you take ownership of your results. Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, and Saturdays (these are when we see lots of clients!).
