Position title: Key Account Associate / Demand Planning Associate Description: This position is responsible for the management and execution of the account's service needs through omnichannel strategies. This includes collaboration with the accounts main point of contact as well as our internal teams to maximize sales, branding and profitability. The candidate who will best fit this role has a high bar for performance and is interested in learning the everchanging landscape of eCommerce marketplaces. They will also be capable of quickly making recommendations based on data and will always be looking for efficiencies and improvements to maximize the accounts experience. This position has a learning curve, but the candidate will be trained directly by the Director of Key Accounts who they will report to. This position comes with a runway for career growth opportunities. Position Responsibilities: Demand planning and merchandising for key brands. Also includes partnership management and sales troubleshooting daily. Day-to- day will also include calls with brands to discuss issues and manage the relationship for success. Travel is limited to a few times a year if necessary. Role Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in data analytics. Excel and computer experience. Enjoys working with and helping people. Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
