Requirements: * Residential/Commercial Service Technician: minimum 1-3 years * Must have experience servicing/installing residential and commercial garage doors. * Knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment and supplies used in the residential garage door service * Mechanical aptitude and be skilled in using various hand and power tools * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and general public. Ability to work and communicate with the internal Project Managers, Sales Team, building owners and managers as well as with the job site superintendents and other workforce. Team player; strong collaboration skills. . Understand oral instructions, and be able to read and interpret step by step instruction documents and communicate them to your team. * Be a self-starter with the ability to operate without direct supervision * Ability to follow policies and procedures. * Ability to adhere to safety protocols. * Must have a valid driver's license with insurable DMV record and reliable transportation. * Rotating Saturday schedule * United States Work authorization (Required) * Rotation on call schedule Physical Demands Requires frequently: Standing, lifting of 50-75 lbs., with or without accommodations. Carrying 50 lbs., walking, pushing, stooping, climbing, bending, crouching, crawling, reaching above and below shoulder level. Full use of hands, good finger dexterity, lifting from floor to waist and twisting of torso. Also includes working in cramped garages, on ladders, and with power tools and perform manual labor in outside environment, exposed to heat, sun, high humidity, rain and other adverse weather conditions.
