Superior Fence & Rail of Ft. Collins *is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking an experienced *Fence Sales Consultant. This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. Leads are supplied through internal and national marketing efforts. It's expected you will have industry connections and will develop additional relationships with home builder, general contractors, property managers, developers, residential and commercial brokers among others. Paid training for 6 weeks. Pay typically ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 per year. Pay is not capped. Laptop and phone provided. Vehicle and gas card provided between 30-60 days after the training period has been completed. The territory for this position is Northern Colorado and the surrounding area; so the candidate needs to live in this area. Candidates must provide Superior customer service at every step. From the first interaction through project completion. Job Responsibilities * Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training * Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products * Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up * Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals * Introduce clients to installer teams, ensure Superior customer service, then onsite visit after install. Minimum Requirements: * 3 - 5 years of prior outside sales experience * 2 - 3 years of In-Home sales experience (preferred) * College degree in a related field (preferred) * Ability to work some weekends and evenings * Pass drug screening and background investigation (no felony convictions) * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong presentation and listening skills * Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust from subordinates and supervisors * Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude * Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite) * Valid DL, clean driving record and reliable transportation Benefits: * Company Provided Phone, Laptop, Company vehicle and gas card * 401k with Company Match * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance The Superior candidate will: * Be polished and professional in demeanor and possess previous outside sales experience * Have strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, integrity, and a desire for high commission If you are interested in the Sales Consultant position, please apply directly through Indeed.
