Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base within your assigned territory. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking events. * Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining positive relationships with clients. * Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or related fields such as technology or retail sales. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to build trust and foster long-term relationships. * Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or other CRM software for lead tracking and analysis. * Ability to work independently while staying motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with inside sales techniques, cold calling, product demos, upselling, and lead generation strategies. * Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted sales approaches.
