Overview Join our dynamic team as an Outside Sales Representative and ignite growth by connecting businesses and homeowners with innovative solutions! Duties * Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts to expand the customer base. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories. * Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs. * Manage a portfolio of accounts, nurturing relationships through regular communication, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress efficiently. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to close deals that benefit both parties. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead generation. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues proactively. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer feedback, and territory insights to inform strategic decisions. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, residential and some B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on management or business development. * Strong account management skills with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships. * Expertise in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales pipelines and customer data. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Effective communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and presentations. * Analytical skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of retail sales processes, inside sales strategies, and upselling techniques is a plus.
