We're looking to hire a Charlotte-based sales representative - a tremendous opportunity. * Our average sales representatives earn well over $100,000 per year and top performers earn over $200,000 per year. There is nearly unlimited upside and an opportunity to continue to increase compensation as the company grows. We believe being the only Charlotte-based sales representative provides a unique opportunity to succeed * The role is commission based with a draw! In this position, we will provide you with leads and you'll meet with homeowners and commercial customers to discuss their artificial turf needs. You'll then help bring their vision to life by discussing options for their space, including project estimates and personalized design possibilities. The right person for this role needs to be self-motivated, a great communicator, personable and organized. A driver's license is required for the position. Key job responsibilities will include making initial contact with clients and building a rapport, accurately assessing and uncovering customer needs, measuring outdoor spaces and designing personalized solutions and working closely with our installation teams to provide a seamless customer experience. The artificial turf industry is rapidly growing (more than 10x increase in the Southeast US since 2012) and provides an exciting opportunity for individual looking to build a lucrative career.
