What You'll Do

:

• Attend in-office training & team meetings in Semmes every Monday & Thursday
• Run scheduled appointments
• Help families and individuals choose the right financial protection plans
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction Schedule Structure:
• Monday & Thursday: Team training + planning (in office)
• Tues/Wed/Fri/Sat: Client appointments in the field by scheduled leads What We Provide:

Compensation

:

• Weekly Pay + Bonuses
• Most new sales reps average $500 - $1,300/week

Requirements

:

• 18+
• Reliable transportation for appointments
• Ability to obtain an Alabama state license (we walk you through it)
• In-office attendance every Monday & Thursday in Semmes This is a commission-based position with weekly pay and bonuses.
