Job Summary The core responsibility of the Cabinet Sales Representative is to develop potential distributors and drive the sales of the company's cabinet products. The ideal candidate must possess fluent bilingual skills in English and Mandarin, with a profound understanding of the cabinet or building materials industry. This role requires adhering to a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets in the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies for cabinet products targeting distributors within the assigned territory. * Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base and distributor network through market research, industry networking, trade show participation, and cold outreach. * Conduct customized bilingual (English and Mandarin) product presentations and demonstrations based on client needs, fully showcasing the features, advantages, and core competitiveness of the company's cabinet lines. * Establish and maintain long-term, trusting cooperative relationships with clients and distributors, providing timely after-sales support, responding to inquiries, resolving various issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and cooperation terms with clients, ensuring all agreements comply with company policies and profit margin requirements. * Track and achieve individual sales targets, submit regular sales reports, and promptly update client information and sales activity records in the company's CRM system. * Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service) to stay updated on product upgrades, promotional campaigns, and coordinate support for clients. * Continuously monitor market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer feedback in the U.S. cabinet industry, providing data references and professional insights for the management team's strategic decision-making. * Participate in industry events, trade shows, and internal training programs to enhance product expertise, expand professional networks, and support the company's brand promotion. Required Qualifications & Skills * Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the cabinet, furniture, building materials, or home improvement industry. * In-depth understanding of the U.S. cabinet market, including customer preferences, distribution channels, and industry standards. * Proactive, results-oriented, capable of working independently and collaborating effectively in a team environment. * Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. * Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for sales data tracking and client management. * Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (including local and regional travel) to meet client needs and attend industry events. * College degree required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
