As a Wireless Representative, you'll help customers see technology not as a chore, but as a bridge to their kids' first video call, their remote job, and their favorite playlist on the go. With AT&T's full wireless suite as your toolkit, the Wireless Representative learns that the best sales aren't made-- they're earned through trust. Key Responsibilities of the Wireless Representative * Assess customer connectivity needs and recommend AT&T wireless, internet, and device solutions that align with service availability and promotional offers. * Present service plans, device features, and bundled options clearly using approved outreach tools and campaign protocols. * Support onboarding by verifying eligibility, organizing documentation, and coordinating account setup for smooth service activation. * Maintain CRM accuracy by logging customer interactions, tracking service milestones, and updating account records to support retention and reporting. * Stay informed on AT&T's latest devices, service updates, and wireless trends to deliver accurate product guidance. * Partner with internal teams to resolve service issues, streamline campaign workflows, and contribute to territory growth targets. Minimum Qualifications of the Wireless Representative * High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in business, marketing, or communications is preferred to support sales and customer engagement. * Experience in sales, telecom, or customer support--especially in fast-paced environments focused on service delivery and performance metrics. * Simplifies wireless plans, devices, and bundles with clarity and care--so every customer walks away feeling confident, not overwhelmed. * Treats every CRM entry like a promise: accurate, timely, and rooted in respect for the customer's trust. * Balances hustle with heart--managing multiple priorities while actively contributing to a team that thrives together.
