Full description of the position

We are seeking a Senior Training Manager - Commercial Learning & Development (HIV) for a 6-month contract opportunity. This role will lead the design, development, and execution of commercial field sales training programs supporting an HIV portfolio. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial training , field sales enablement, and launch readiness. Key Responsibilities * Lead development and delivery of knowledge- and skill-based training for commercial field sales teams * Design and execute training programs including new hire onboarding , product knowledge, selling skills, account management, promotional campaigns, and product launches * Support ongoing learning sustainment, sales meetings, and workshop facilitation * Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Medical Information, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory * Partner with external vendors to design curricula using adult learning principles * Conduct training needs assessments and align solutions to business goals * Ensure training materials are current, compliant, and effective * Manage training budgets related to curriculum development and sales meetings Qualifications * Strong experience in commercial learning & development or sales training within pharma/biotech * Proven ability to manage training initiatives end-to-end (live and virtual) * Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Experience leading without authority and working cross-functionally * Ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines effectively * Experience Requirements * Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience * OR * Master's degree with * 6+ years * OR PhD IND2 SNR8 * 5+ years commercial pharma/biotech experience preferred * 3+ years field sales experience strongly preferred * Prior commercial training or sales enablement experience preferred * HIV, infectious disease, or launch experience is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $90.00 - $120.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Are you a US Citizen or GCH?
