Job Brief We are searching for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Roofing Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting site inspections, providing clients with roofing product presentations, and closing sales. Candidates should have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain client relationships. Knowledge of the roofing industry is a major plus. The successful candidate will ultimately generate revenue by making sales which turn leads into satisfied customers. Responsibilities * Conduct site inspections from company provided leads * Provide clients with roofing presentations and demonstrations * Monitor market conditions and competitor products * Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new prospects * Negotiate contracts and close deals * Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction post-sale * Meet or exceed sales targets * Have a knowledge of all residential roofing products Qualifications * Proven work experience as a sales representative, preferably in the roofing industry * Excellent knowledge of roofing systems and materials * Strong negotiation and selling skills * Ability to build and maintain professional relationships * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Benefits * Company truck and gas card * Company supplied tools * Company supplied shirts * 401k after 90 days * Quarterly bonuses * Commision pay * Yearly bonuses Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Expected hours: 10 - 50 per week Benefits: * Company car * Flexible schedule Experience: * Roofing: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
