We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/ Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and direct sales strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management. Conduct B2C/B sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track sales activities and manage customer relationships. Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions to meet business requirements. Leverage upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Partner with the marketing team to align on strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Prepare and present regular sales performance and market trend reports to management. Qualifications Proven experience in direct sales or account management, preferably in a B2C/B environment. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in upselling or cross-selling products/services is a plus.
