We are one of the largest Window Treatment Dealers in Northern California, and growing. We are seeking Champion Design Consultants to join our diverse team and succeed with us! Description: We will provide a thorough training program including product knowledge, sampling materials and the sales process to a candidate who is wanting to excel in this in-home sales consulting position. You will be conducting in-home consultations with prospective customers who reached out to us for our expertise and are ready to purchase. You will use critical thinking skills, product knowledge and product sampling to empower customers in finding the perfect window treatments for their home. We strive for excellent customer service, support and attention to detail which culminates in a high closing ratio. You are the lead with the project from consultation to installation which allows you to build on the relationship with customers for future referrals and business.
