Inside Sales Coordinator Prima Donna | Luxury Aviation Interior Products About the Role We're looking for a sharp, tech-forward Inside Sales Coordinator to run the operational engine of our sales process. You'll be the central hub connecting customers, sales, and production--owning the CRM, managing inbound leads, building proposals, and ensuring orders flow smoothly from quote to delivery. This is a high-autonomy role in a small team environment. You'll work directly with ownership and interact with high-net-worth aircraft owners, completion centers, and aviation management companies. Our products are custom- manufactured sleep and interior products for business jets--precision and attention to detail matter. Core Responsibilities * Own and maintain our Pipedrive CRM: data hygiene, pipeline management, activity tracking, reporting * Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web with speed and professionalism * Prepare detailed proposals and quotes, coordinating with production on specifications, pricing, and lead times * Process sales orders and manage handoff to production, tracking through fulfillment * Coordinate delivery logistics and communicate status updates to customers * Support trade show preparation and follow-up campaigns * Assist with customer-facing content: email campaigns, social posts, product updates Requirements * 2+ years in inside sales, sales operations, or sales support role * Business aviation industry experience required--FBO operations, charter sales, aircraft management, completion centers, MRO, or similar. You need to know the difference between a Citation and a Gulfstream, understand who owns and operates these aircraft, and speak the language of this market. * Proficient with CRM platforms (Pipedrive preferred; HubSpot, Salesforce acceptable) * Advanced spreadsheet skills--comfortable building reports, manipulating data, using formulas * Excellent written communication--you'll draft proposals, customer emails, and marketing content daily * Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for drafting correspondence, analyzing data, and improving workflow efficiency * Experience with proposal/quoting software a plus * Marketing or social media experience a plus--we're a small team and everyone wears multiple hats About Prima Donna We manufacture premium mattresses, bedding, and interior products exclusively for business aircraft.
