We are a well-established, family-owned exterior renovation company that has been in business since 1964. We're looking to add an experienced roofing salesman who is comfortable selling insurance-based roofing work and managing their own deals. This position is best suited for someone who already understands how insurance roofing works and can run their own sales process from inspection to signed contract. What This Role Involves * Selling residential roofing jobs tied to insurance claims * Inspecting roofs and documenting damage * Working directly with homeowners and insurance adjusters * Handling the sale through contract signing * Communicating clearly and professionally with customers What We 're Looking For * Previous experience in insurance roofing sales is required * Comfortable generating your own opportunities * Strong communication and closing skills * Organized, dependable, and self-motivated * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Compensation & Opportunity * Competitive commission structure * Income based on performance -- no cap * Long-term opportunity with a stable company * Support from an experienced production team This Is Not the Right Fit If: * You are new to roofing sales * You are looking for hourly or salary-only work * You rely entirely on company-provided leads About Us We're not a startup and we're not a storm-chasing operation.
