Regional Sales Manager - Colorado (Capital Equipment) Territory: Colorado The Role We are seeking a Colorado business builder -- not just a territory rep. You will own your territory, develop strategic accounts, and lead complex sales cycles from discovery to installation and beyond. This is a consultative, capital equipment sales role targeting manufacturing plants, distribution centers, logistics hubs, and industrial facilities. You'll work directly with plant managers, operations teams, and EH&S leaders to implement solutions that deliver measurable ROI -- not just features. What You 'll Do * Own and grow your Colorado territory, focusing on compactors, balers, shredders, and separation systems. * Develop and execute strategic account plans for multi-site industrial customers. * Lead complex, long-cycle sales, guiding customers from needs assessment to proposal, installation, and post-sale support. * Collaborate with engineering, service, and inside sales teams to ensure top-tier customer experiences. * Track pipeline, manage quoting, and stay engaged through close and post-sale follow-up. What We 're Looking For * 5+ years of outside sales experience in industrial capital equipment, waste/recycling systems, material handling, or industrial services. * Proven experience selling directly to manufacturing plants, DCs, warehouses, or other industrial facilities. * Consultative, ROI-driven sales approach -- able to navigate multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles. * Track record of meeting or exceeding quota, with measurable results. * Strong CRM skills (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.), quoting tools, and Excel. * Based in and willing to travel throughout Colorado.
