Outside Sales Representative (High Earning Potential!) Location : Denver, CO (In-person) Compensation : 100% Commission uncapped with Draw | $175,000- $200,000 OTE Schedule : Monday-Saturday Are You Built for This? If you've worked in outside sales, real estate, or negotiated high-ticket deals before-- and you love it--this could be your next big leap. The Mission At Polar Block Home Buyers, our Outside Sales Representative are the front line of our company. You're not just meeting with homeowners--you're helping them move forward. Your role is part problem solver, part dealmaker, and 100 percent relationship builder. *What You 'll Be Doing Attend 10 to 12 pre-qualified, in-person appointments each week (appointments provided) Build authentic rapport with sellers and uncover why they want to sell Present offers with empathy, clarity, and confidence Maintain a consistent daily follow-up rhythm to nurture hot leads and turn them into contracts Collaborate with our in-house team to push deals across the finish line Keep detailed notes and activity tracked in our CRM Be a consistent, positive presence Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed. Must have reliable transportation as you will be driving around Denver, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins for appointments. Who You Are You're a natural closer who thrives under pressure and in competition Excellent communication and phone skills You've got real-world experience--outside sales, real estate, solar, car sales, pest control, door knocking or similar * real estate experience is a bonus! You're resilient--no deal is ever really dead in your book, you believe there is no such thing as a bad lead. You take ownership of your time and results without needing hand-holding You're curious, coachable, and always chasing that next level Constantly trying to improve yourself by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs, or whatever means possible. You don't whine nor make excuses, you get results and are proud of your hard work. Not letting anything fall through the tracks.
