Inside Sales Rep We're looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Knowledge of Golf and Casual Furniture would be a real plus.. Responsibilities * Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers * Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships * Reach out to customer leads through cold calling * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments * Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports * Continuously improve through feedback Compensation * Hourly pay plus high commission on new orders including residuals. * OTE Approximately $70,000 a year and more within 1-2 years depending on individual's work performance.
