Duties * Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach to expand our B2B sales footprint * Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs * Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions * Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability * Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation initiatives to boost brand awareness and sales pipeline Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight independently * Familiarity with CRM software and other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships * Ability to conduct product demos, presentations, and technical explanations clearly and confidently * Knowledge of marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and inside/outside sales processes * Demonstrated ability in analysis skills for evaluating market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning * Experience in retail sales or direct sales environments is a plus but not required Join us as a Sales Representative if you're passionate about driving growth through innovative solutions!
