Automotive Internet Sales Manager- We're seeking experienced Automotive Internet Sales Managers to join our growing team. Auto Sales Experience Required. We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, confident, self-starters who are able to multi- task in a busy dealership environment. Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus! Automotive Internet Sales Manager Qualifications: * Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required. * 2-5 years of automotive sales and customer service experience required. * Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations. * Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment. * Valid driver 's license required and clean driving record. * Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments, and work with customers in the dealership to make deals. * 18 + years of age * Authorized to work in the US Automotive Internet Sales Manager Primary Responsibilities and Requirements: * Handling of incoming internet leads from a number of websites, and sources. * Prompt responses with outgoing phone calls and emails. * Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers * Contact customers based on current marketing incentives. * Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales. Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase. * Following up on all unsold customers, and any special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met. * Maintaining a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. * Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features. * Demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom and via test drive. * Provide new vehicle to customer through established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork. * Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term clientele. * Develop a prospecting system, making calls and sending emails to potential customers to set appointments. * Other duties as assigned.
