Full description of the position
JOB SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new and profitable sales of our products as well as market share growth with assigned geography throughout the U.S. Healthcare accounts include, but not limited to, Outpatient Surgery Centers, Physician Offices, Long-Term Care (LTC), Dental Offices & Groups, Distributors and smaller Hospitals. This will include: 1) Forming strong relationships/partnerships throughout the customer organization, which can assist in sustaining strong and long-term business partnerships. 2) Grow current business and identify incremental sales opportunities. 3) The innate drive to succeed, with an ambition to be the best and have a high level of energy to take control of the sales process. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Promote and sell our product line: * The Inside Sales Representative will possess the skills to communicate our value proposition for products and services to their assigned customers, resulting in sales goal achievement. * Convert and close new and existing leads by applying best-in-class phone sales/service skills, effective time/lead management, and product knowledge. * Achieve the sales objectives and budget established by Company. * Develop innovative strategies to create new business. * Work closely with new and existing accounts to identify mutual selling opportunities. * Collaborate with outside sales team to execute customer strategies which align with sales goal achievement. * Work closely with personnel to assure that our customer base is 100% satisfied with our products and services i.e. ensuring that our products are adequately stocked at the appropriate distribution center * Monitor, report, and maintain accurate Opportunities, Targets, and Pipeline activities and record in Company CRM * Attend Industry trade shows that will have a positive impact on the business. JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS * Results driven - self-motivated individual with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. * 2+ years of proven inside sales, telemarketing or customer service experience * Demonstrate consistent success in previous roles indicated by a high level of sales success. * BA/BS degree is preferred. * Strong customer focus in delivering sales and building relationships. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Must have intermediate skills of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
