Sales Administrative Assistant / Customer Service (Experienced) Complete Trailers LLC - Denver, CO Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Hourly Schedule: Day shift + Saturday mornings About the Role Complete Trailers LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant / Customer Service professional to support our sales team at our Denver, Colorado location. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service, administrative, and call-handling experience who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. This position plays a critical role in managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth sales process from first contact through follow-up. Key Responsibilities * Deliver professional customer service to new and existing customers * Handle inbound and outbound phone calls related to trailer sales inquiries * Respond promptly to emails, texts, and online messages * Follow up with new leads and prospective customers * Maintain accurate customer records in the company CRM system * Assist sales staff with daily administrative and support tasks * Track inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure no opportunities are missed Required Qualifications * 2+ years of customer service, administrative, or sales support experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Experience using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and office software * Clean driving record * Ability to pass a background check Schedule * Monday -Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (During peak season months only) Pay & Benefits * $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience * Health insurance * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid time off (PTO) * Stable, full-time employment with growth opportunities * Supportive and professional team environment Work Location * In-person - Denver, CO Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
