The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A background in real estate or property management is highly desirable. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients. * Collaborate with the property development team to facilitate smooth operations and address client inquiries. Skills * Strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader audience. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively. * Knowledge of real estate practices. * Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, building trust and rapport with clients.
