Direct Uniform is a leading supplier of quality medical uniforms, footwear, and accessories to the healthcare industry. Our company is a direct supplier to facilities, bringing the store to the client. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly and motivated sales representative that can work directly with our clients for their individual uniform needs. This is an excellent position for the person looking to gain experience in the medical sales industry. If you are willing to work hard and enjoy traveling for work during the week with long weekends off, this is the job for you! A successful sales representative will be able to maximize the customer's shopping experience while meeting established sales goals. This includes offering product knowledge, assisting with client needs, completing customer transactions, stocking merchandise, maintaining a neat and orderly mobile store and traveling to client facilities throughout the week. A typical day includes: * Driving to a client's facility * Set up on site store and inventory displays * Service uniform needs of employees throughout the day * Restocking and maintaining product displays * Upon completion of daily sales, consolidate invoices and turn into corporate through remote data access * Pack up inventory displays and load into mobile sales vehicle * Prepare for next client visit * Days in the office include client follow up calls and online order fulfillment Markets of service include: Charlotte NC, Raleigh/Durham/CH NC, Asheville NC, Greensboro/Winston Salem NC, Charleston SC, Greenville SC, Columbia SC, and many more. Responsibilities & Qualifications: * Provide excellent customer service * Extensive knowledge of product line and strong brand management * Effective management of generating and maintaining client invoices * Strong computer and point-of-sale systems skills * Creative and organized product merchandising * Assertive approach to problem solving * Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment * Innate sense of responsibility and accountability * Ability to lift 50 lbs and to roll product displays onto trailer * Capability to multitask and help multiple customers * Eagerness to travel 1-3 nights weekly * Work Retail Store shifts as necessary Benefits Include: * Set Annual Compensation * Opportunity for additional commissions * Typical 4 day workweek * Long weekends * All major holidays off * 2 weeks paid vacation * Daily food per diem * Travel rewards Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
