We are currently looking for an Experienced Automotive Sales Manager! This person MUST have a unwavering passion for leadership through development of themselves and their team, be committed to growing the business by increasing market share and developing loyal customers. You will be expected to lead by example upholding the highest ethical standards, have excellent customer service, and create a positive sales culture thriving with energy. Candidate must have a successful proven track record with a consistent and stable work history but still be very coachable. Responsibilities: * Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities * Hire, mentor, and monitor the performance of sales team * Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance * Ensure target revenues are met or exceeded * Responsible for managing profitability in both the new and pre-owned vehicle departments * Assist in developing and managing an effective advertising and marketing plan * Responsible for developing a productive culture throughout the dealership * Be the biggest promoter of customer service index (CSI) throughout the dealership * Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and customers.
