Full description of the position

This is a B2B outside sales opening in Charlotte, NC within equipment sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel around a small territory around the Charlotte, NC area and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field. Responsibilities: * Establish and maintain relationships with clients * Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations * Generate potential leads for future sales * Set and exceed quotas * Track and report sales in organized manner * Communicate effectively with other members of team Qualifications: * Must have business to business sales experience * Bachelor's degree * 2- 5 years of equipment sales experience is ideal * Strong work ethic and communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software * Ability to travel in order to do business Benefits and Compensation : * Pay: $70,000-90,000 + commission opportunity * Travel requirements: Around territory of about 1.5 hour radius * Travel expenses: Company vehicle OR vehicle allowance provided; expense account with company credit card provided; company laptop and cell phone provided * Benefits and PTO also provided * Direct Hire position staffingh Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Cell phone reimbursement * Company car * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
