We are currently looking for a Business Growth Manager - Bio Pharma Engineering/Construction based in Atlanta, GA. This position offers remote work flexibility. This role is with a Structural Engineering Company aiming to expand its footprint in the BioPharma sector. The target clients include owners, construction management firms, contractors, and engineering companies involved in BioPharma projects. Job Description: We are in search of a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive our presence in the Bio-Pharma construction industry , encompassing pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, cleanrooms, R&D labs, biotech plants, and cGMP-compliant spaces. The ideal candidate should be proactive, competitive, and adept at cultivating strong client relationships. This role focuses on identifying new prospects, nurturing partnerships, and increasing revenue within the bio-pharma and life sciences market. Familiarity with engineering, construction processes, facility regulations, and material- handling systems is preferred. Key Responsibilities*development strategy tailored to*bio-pharma and life sciences construction sectors. * Identify and assess opportunities based on industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies in pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing. * Collaborate with senior management to align business development strategies with the company's long-term objectives. Client Engagement * Establish and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders, such as pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, construction partners, automation suppliers, and architects. * Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure project expectations, compliance requirements, and technical specifications are met. * Present tailored proposals, project solutions, and value propositions specifically designed for the bio-pharma industry. Sales & Marketing * Lead sales initiatives, including lead generation, pipeline management, pursuit strategies, and closing major accounts. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop focused campaigns addressing cleanroom construction, modular systems, cGMP facilities, biotech labs , and related environments. * Participate in industry conferences like ISPE, INTERPHEX, PDA, and other life sciences events to broaden market reach. Project Collaboration * Work closely with internal design, engineering, and construction teams to support project execution and ensure client satisfaction. * Stay informed about FDA, GMP, USP, EU Annex 1, and other regulatory guidelines affecting bio-pharma facility design. * Provide insights on facility layouts, process flows, environmental controls, and specialized construction requirements based on client needs. Performance Tracking & Reporting * Establish and monitor KPIs for business development achievements, including revenue goals and market penetration benchmarks. * Prepare detailed progress reports for the leadership team. * Continuously assess and enhance business development processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
