Full description of the position
Location: Denver CO Region Overview: This role is designed for a high-performing sales professional who wants to dominate their region and build something meaningful. As a Regional Account Executive, you will own your market, shape it, grow it, and become the trusted partner for property managers, owners, and management companies. You will be the face and driving force behind our presence in your territory. What makes this role unique is our ONE TEAM structure --while you focus on your region, you'll also have the ability to cross-sell relationships into other states and markets, creating more deals, more exposure, and more income. We promote from within, and our rapid growth means high performers can create their own opportunities, including advancement to Senior RAE, Director, or National roles. Key Responsibilities: * Own your territory and build it like it's your business. * Develop new relationships with property managers, regionals, owners, and management companies. * Become the regional expert your clients trust and rely on. * Drive high-volume prospecting, property visits, regional networking, and industry presence. * Cross-sell existing relationships into additional markets to maximize revenue. * Collaborate with operations to launch new clients smoothly and maintain strong service. * Conduct onsite orientations, property check-ins, and health reviews. * Track deals, pipeline, and activity through Zoho CRM. * Build your reputation through consistent presence, follow-up, and wins. Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of B2B consultative sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals. * Confidence, discipline, and drive to own a large territory. * Ability to build trust quickly with decision-makers. * Comfortable with a high-activity sales rhythm. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Desire for growth, advancement, and bigger opportunities. * Ability to thrive in a culture that rewards results and teamwork. Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive base salary. * Uncapped commission on new unit sales. * Bonuses tied to bulk sales and renewals. * First-year large bonus opportunity based on total units closed and overall performance. * Car allowance and phone allowance.
