Position Details Title: Sales Representative / Territory Manager Specialty: Medical Device - Surgical / Capital Industry: Imaging, Ultrasound, Surgical Visualization Location: Must reside in territory Travel: ~30% Remote: 100% Remote Relocation: Must already live within territory Car: Company car provided Start Date: 12/15/2025 Territory 1: * Home Base: Phoenix, AZ or Denver, CO (must live in territory) * Territory: AZ, CO, UT Territory 2: * Location: Must reside in territory (Philadelphia/Eastern PA/NJ) * Territory: Eastern PA, NJ, DE * Overview A top-tier imaging and ultrasound company is seeking an experienced surgical sales professional to take over a high-dollar, high-potential territory across Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. This territory is already producing strong results with a solid existing pipeline. * Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $70,000 * Total [please apply online]: $175,000-$225,000 * Top Performers (Top 25%): $350,000+ * Company vehicle + full expenses * Full benefits package Candidate Profile Requirements Must Haves: * 3+ years of surgical sales experience * Capital equipment experience (preferred but not required) * OR experience and comfort covering cases * Knowledge of AZ and CO hospital systems * 4-year college degree * Role Responsibilities * Sell capital imaging systems and surgical disposables * Call on surgeons, OR teams, hospitals, surgery centers, physician practices * Cover surgeries/cases where products are used * Identify new business opportunities across a multi-state region * Follow up post-implementation to drive utilization * Manage a large installed base and expand market presence
