Job Title: Sales Associate Company: Solar Tactical Location: Roseville, CA Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Job Description Solar Tactical in Roseville is seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, an interest in the firearms industry, and a willingness to learn California firearms laws and procedures. The Sales Associate will provide excellent customer service while assisting customers in a fast-paced retail firearms environment. Responsibilities * Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service * Assist customers with product selection and general inquiries * Learn and comply with all federal, state, and local firearms laws and store policies * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor * Accurately handle retail transactions and documentation * Support daily store operations as needed Physical Requirements * Ability to stand for 6-8 hours per shift * Ability to lift and carry 60-100 lbs * Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required Qualifications * Prior experience in retail or customer service required * Prior FFL or gun shop experience preferred * Current California DOJ Bureau of Firearms Certificate of Eligibility (COE) preferred, but not required * Willingness and ability to learn required firearms-related material and applicable laws * Strong communication skills and attention to detail * Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Schedule * Full-time or part-time positions available * Must be available to work weekends and some holidays What We Offer * Competitive pay based on experience * Opportunity to gain experience in the firearms industry * Supportive team environment * Training on required laws, procedures, and products Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
