Job Description

Solar Tactical in Roseville is seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, an interest in the firearms industry, and a willingness to learn California firearms laws and procedures. The Sales Associate will provide excellent customer service while assisting customers in a fast-paced retail firearms environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
• Assist customers with product selection and general inquiries
• Learn and comply with all federal, state, and local firearms laws and store policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor
• Accurately handle retail transactions and documentation
• Support daily store operations as needed Physical

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 6-8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift and carry 60-100 lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or customer service required
• Prior FFL or gun shop experience preferred
• Current California DOJ Bureau of Firearms Certificate of Eligibility (COE) preferred, but not required
• Willingness and ability to learn required firearms-related material and applicable laws
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Schedule
• Full-time or part-time positions available
