Job Title: Car Salesperson We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Salesperson to join our team. Prior automotive sales experience is preferred, but sales experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, and a drive to succeed. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities * Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs and preferences * Present and demonstrate vehicles professionally and knowledgeably * Build and maintain strong customer relationships * Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business * Maintain accurate sales documentation and customer records * Stay informed on current inventory, features, and promotions * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Requirements * Previous sales experience is required (automotive sales experience preferred) * Willingness to learn and participate in training * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude * Ability to work full-time , including weekends if required * Valid driver 's license with a clean driving record * Professional appearance and conduct Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,904.53 - $57,691.48 per year Work Location: In person
