Uncapped Commission | Travel Reimbursed | High-Energy Sales Role Are you a driven outside sales professional who loves being on the road, meeting new people, and closing deals? We're looking for an Outside Sales Representative to grow wholesale relationships with dispensaries across Colorado. This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment. What You'll Be Doing * Build, manage, and grow wholesale relationships with Colorado dispensaries * Prospect and close new accounts within your assigned territory * Conduct weekly or bi-weekly dispensary visits * Plan and execute vendor days, pop-ups, and in-store brand activations * Train budtenders and store staff on product knowledge * Serve as the main point of contact for wholesale clients * Track sales activity, analyze trends, and assist with forecasting * Represent the brand professionally at all times * Occasionally work evenings, weekends, or special events Travel Requirements * Colorado statewide travel required * Average 2 -3 overnight stays per week * All business travel expenses reimbursed * Must have a reliable personal vehicle What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications * High school diploma or GED * 2+ years of commission-based or incentive-driven sales experience * Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills * Comfortable with Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based tools * Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule * Valid Colorado driver's license, clean driving record, and insurance Preferred (Not Required) * Cannabis industry experience (retail or wholesale) * CPG, beverage, liquor, or route sales experience * Knowledge of Colorado cannabis regulations (MED/CDPHE) No cannabis experience?
