Master Board Software | OnRoute App About the role Master Board Software is hiring a Field Sales Representative to introduce and grow adoption of our OnRoute App. This role focuses on in person visits with prospects across multiple industries, helping them improve how their field sales teams plan routes, track visits, and stay accountable in the field. This position combines prospecting, closing, and ongoing account ownership. You will actively identify new opportunities in the field while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. What you will do * Identify and prospect new accounts within assigned territories * Visit prospects in person across different industries to present the OnRoute App * Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers through ongoing field activity * Qualify leads and uncover new opportunities through relationship driven conversations * Demonstrate how OnRoute supports daily field sales activities in a clear, practical way * Close new business and grow account revenue * Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular in person check ins * Act as the relationship owner by checking the pulse of accounts and keeping interactions positive and proactive * Surface feedback, risks, or concerns early so small issues do not become larger problems * Collaborate with internal teams responsible for technical implementation and onboarding What this role is not * You are not responsible for technical setup or system configuration * You are not expected to troubleshoot complex technical issues * Your focus remains on people, trust, and long term relationships Compensation * Competitive base salary * Commission tied to new sales and account growth * Performance based earning upside What we are looking for * Experience in field sales, outside sales, or territory based roles * Proven ability to prospect and open new accounts * Comfortable spending most of your time in the field meeting customers * Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, light hearted approach * Ability to read customer sentiment and build genuine rapport * Organized follow up habits and basic CRM discipline * Interest in software solutions that support sales and field teams Why join Master Board Software * A product built for real world field sales workflows * Autonomy and ownership of your territory and pipeline * Support from a dedicated technical and product team * Opportunity to influence customer success and product direction If you enjoy prospecting, building relationships, and being the go to person for customers in the field, this role offers a balanced mix of new business and account management.
