Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working company provided leads, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. As we expand our operations, we are seeking motivated and talented Roofing Sales Representatives to join our team. Job Description: As a Roofing and Sales Representative , you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing sales on company provided leads and building relationships with customers in your area. You will be expected to: * Nurture and convert leads into appointments using our CRM * Meet with potential customers to assess their roofing needs. * Educate customers on the benefits of our roofing solutions. * Memorize and follow a structured sales process * Provide accurate quotes and proposals to customers (easily done through our CRM). * Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets. * Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. * Participate in coaching and accountability programs to sharpen your skills. Qualifications: * At least 2 years of sales or similar experience, preferably in the roofing industry (in-home sales and real estate experience translates very to roofing sales). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Knowledge of roofing systems is a plus but not required. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
