Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and personable POP UP Associate specializing in Italian women's fashion to join our retail team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and promoting our exclusive fashion collections. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and experience in retail sales environments. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse clientele and enhance the shopping experience. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their style preferences. * Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits of our Italian women's fashion collections. * Upsell additional items and accessories to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction. * Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves to attract customers. * Manage inventory levels by restocking merchandise and ensuring the sales floor is tidy and inviting. * Provide excellent customer service through active listening, personalized recommendations, and professional phone etiquette. * Assist with product knowledge sharing, including explaining fabric details, styling tips, and brand stories. Qualifications * Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail environments. * Familiarity with basic retail math for transactions and inventory management. * Strong communication skills . * Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos to engage customers effectively. * Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer service standards. * You will be trained with the owner. * This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant fashion brand dedicated to Italian women's style while providing exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. * We offer a base day salary of $100.00 plus if you sell 15 pieces on the weekend , 7/8 per day you will make $10.00 a piece. * $340.00 per weekend.
