We 're seeking a driven outside sales professional who delivers real solutions for customers -- and earns exceptional income doing it. What You 'll Do As a Comfort Advisor , you will be responsible for selling residential HVAC systems, overseeing project follow-through, and achieving monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Execute sales presentations using proven procedures * Prepare proposals and price jobs according to company standards * Assist customers in achieving healthy, comfortable, energy-efficient environments * Communicate project details clearly to internal teams and technicians * Ensure proper documentation, scheduling, and use of company technology (e.g., ServiceTitan) * Follow up with sold jobs to answer questions, ensure quality, and request referrals * Participate in weekly sales and training meetings * Be available for rotating on-call shifts, evenings, and weekends as needed What You Bring * High school diploma or GED required * 2+ years outside sales experience (HVAC experience preferred) * Familiarity with Nexstar sales system a plus * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Comfortable using iPads, scheduling software, and CRM tools * Motivated, accountable, and customer-first mindset * Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around in residential environments Compensation & Benefits * $125,000 -$200,000+ annual potential (100% commission after initial period) * Company Cell Phone & iPad provided * Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement * Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance * 401(k) with Company Match * Paid Time Off & Holidays * Employee Discounts on Services * Ongoing Sales Training & Career Growth * Referral Program About Anthony PHCE We've been earning Kansas City's trust since 1951 by providing professional home services and building careers that last.
