Contractors State License Schools is hiring! We are the largest school in California dedicated to construction education. For 40 years, we have helped contractors get licensed with the State of California, create their own businesses, and SUCCEED. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development within technology or related industries * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing B2B sales deals * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Familiarity with CRM management, outbound calling strategies, and marketing integration * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment * Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly * Knowledge of technical products or services is a plus but not mandatory * Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship management Here at CSLS, WE provide you with leads, and all of the leads in our database have come to us asking for guidance on how to get enrolled, at one point or another!
