What You 'll Tackle This is a hands-on, growth-focused role where you'll be the driving force behind eShepherd's expansion. You'll build relationships, uncover opportunities, and turn interest into action. You'll combine strategic thinking and tactical execution to: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the US * Build a strong pipeline and convert leads into loyal customers * Tailor the eShepherd value proposition to meet each producer's unique needs * Lead product demos, negotiations, and contract closures * Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to deliver an exceptional experience from first contact to long-term adoption What You 're Made Of You're energized by technology, inspired by agriculture, and driven to make a real impact. You don't wait for direction - you spot opportunities and run with them. CRM and enterprise software (SAP preferred) are the tech backbone of our innovation - fluency is essential, and ag knowledge is non-negotiable. Bonus points if you understand the dynamics and challenges within federal agencies such as the Bureau of Land Management and Forest Service.
