Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society is seeking a dynamic Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Revenue Development to elevate our corporate presence and drive mission-aligned revenue that supports wildlife and conservation. Why You 'll Love This Role You'll be at the forefront of expanding the Zoo's reach in the corporate and community landscape by: * Designing and launching a powerful, modern sponsorship strategy. * Creating innovative brand activations that excite partners and audiences. * Building new revenue opportunities through third-party ticketing and strategic collaborations. * Representing the Zoo throughout the community to amplify our mission and message. What You 'll Do Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships * Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to grow brand visibility and revenue. * Build the framework and workflows for a high-performing program--including ROI guidelines, reporting structures, and cross-department collaboration. * Identify, cultivate, and pitch new corporate partners aligned with the Zoo's mission. * Create and manage compelling sponsorship and branding opportunities across events, digital platforms, and onsite experiences. * Track KPIs, maintain a strong pipeline, and deliver successful sponsorship activations. Third-Party Ticketing & Revenue Development * Create and oversee a sales strategy leveraging tour operators, hotel concierges, OTAs, and other partners. * Establish revenue and operational guidelines in collaboration with leadership. * Build program frameworks, reporting tools, KPIs, and contract tracking systems. Community Relations * Develop and strengthen community partnerships with corporate and nonprofit organizations. * Represent the Zoo at community events alongside the Chief Marketing & Technology Officer. What You Bring * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in partnership development, sponsorships, or related fields (nonprofit or attraction experience highly preferred; zoo/aquarium experience is a huge plus). * Creative and strategic thinker who can turn ideas into actionable plans. * Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills at all levels. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Collaborative team player with a passion for our mission. * Willingness to work outdoors as needed and represent the Zoo at events.
