Position Overview The BDC Specialist is responsible for setting qualified appointments for RV sales by engaging leads in our CRM through persistent and professional follow- up. The role will work old, fresh, and inactive leads, reactivating interest and scheduling appointments that convert into store visits. Key Responsibilities: Work all assigned CRM buckets including: * Old/aged leads: Reignite interest and requalify. * Fresh/incoming leads: Immediate response to new inquiries. * Set firm RV sales appointments with qualified customers. * Use approved scripts and objection handling techniques to improve show rates. * Confirm appointments using multichannel outreach (call/text/email). * Follow up on all no-shows and reschedule where possible. * Expectations 3 appointment per day goal and 1 appointment minimum per day set CRM Compliance & Reporting * Accurately log every customer interaction and appointment status. * Update lead dispositions and appointment outcomes in real-time. * Maintain complete records of all contact attempts and customer notes. * Meet daily/weekly activity and conversion goals. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Experience in RV or automotive sales is preferred, but not required. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability. * Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills. * Comfortable using CRM systems and Google Workspace. * Positive, professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction * Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of walking and standing on the sales floor and lot. * Ability to move about inside RVs, including bending, kneeling, and climbing steps. * Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. * Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to varying weather. * Benefits: * Competitive salary based on experience. * Major Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays. * 401(k) with Company Match. * Christmas Savings Plan. * Employee Discounts in Company Stores.
