We are currently looking for an General Sales Manager for a growing Automotive Dealership. Responsibilities: * Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities * Hire, mentor, and monitor the performance of department managers * Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance * Ensure target revenues are met or exceeded * Manage profitability in both the new and pre-owned vehicle departments * Assist in developing and managing an effective advertising and marketing plan * Develop a productive relationship throughout the dealership * Be the biggest promoter of customer service index (CSI) throughout the dealership * Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and customers Qualifications: * Proven track record of achieving goals * Outstanding communications skills * Professional appearance and work ethic * Excellent organizational skills * Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
