Smart Choice is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, strong sales skills, and the ability to provide exceptional, personalized service. You will assist customers in selecting suits and accessories while ensuring an outstanding in-store experience. Key Responsibilities * Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service * Assist customers with suit selection, sizing, and styling recommendations * Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals * Maintain product knowledge of suits, shirts, accessories, and current trends * Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system * Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing * Assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandising * Resolve customer questions or concerns in a positive and professional manner * Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business Qualifications & Skills * Previous retail or sales experience preferred (fashion or menswear a plus) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Confidence in engaging with customers and closing sales * Attention to detail, especially with sizing and fit * Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings * Team-oriented with a positive attitude What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities * Employee discounts on merchandise * Training on suit fitting, styling, and sales techniques * Opportunities for growth within the company * Supportive and stylish work environment Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 45.0 per week Work Location: In person
