Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of BDC representative. We are a progressive mid sized dealership in the Kansas City metro area. Responsibilities for BDC Representative: * Handling Internet and phone leads for an Auto Dealership * Outbound and inbound customer phone calls * Determine each customer's needs by asking the right questions * Set appointments for sales team and follow up to confirm * Ensure a positive, best in class customer experience * Ability to follow a task driven process for every lead * Introduce customers to sales team * Enter customer information into CRM * Follow the Store Process under the direction of the BDC Director. Qualifications for BDC Representative: * Solid Organizational Skills * Self Driven to perform at a very high level in a fast-paced environment. * Prior Sales, Call Center, Customer Service or BDC Experience Required * Great Communication & Customer Service skills * Previous CRM experience in an Auto Dealership would be a plus. * Strong Phone & Computer Skills * Impeccable Follow up Skills. * Willingness to assist all Team members of the BDC Department. * Must be Coachable and attend Training on a continual basis. The BDC Representative opportunity is a commission, performance based paid position. This is a Full Time position and requires some flexibility in scheduling. .
