Full description of the position

HOODZ of Kansas City is a fast-growing fire safety and compliance company serving some of the best bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and commercial kitchens in the city. We're offering a full-time sales position for a motivated, entrepreneurial professional who wants to build a career in B2B sales while earning serious commission in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll be working warm and cold leads, doing walk-ins, following up on inbound interest, and going out to close deals. You'll work directly with the owner and leadership team to hunt new business, refine your sales skills, and close deals with some of Kansas City's top kitchens. If you're independent, coachable, and hungry to grow, this is your chance to own your territory and earn $75K -$150K+ in your first year.* What You 'll Do: * Prospect new leads and qualify target businesses (bars, restaurants, grocery stores, casinos, stadiums, and more) * Make 50+ outbound calls per day, plus send emails and visit customers in person * Build and manage your own pipeline in GoHighLevel * Close new accounts and earn 10% commission on every sale (plus trailing payouts!) * Represent HOODZ in the field with confidence, professionalism, and consultative expertise * Work from home, our KC office, and in the field -- this is a hybrid role with high autonomy for closers * Receive direct coaching from leaders with a proven track record in sales and entrepreneurship * Contribute to real revenue and see the direct impact of your work * What We 're Looking For: * Prior sales experience (restaurant, field sales, insurance, pest control, door knocking, or similar) * Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence * Confident in-person presence and fast rapport-builder over the phone * High internal drive and ability to work independently * Business-minded, persuasive, and comfortable selling to a wide range of customers * Solid business judgment and problem-solving skills * Preferred: age 21+ (some prospects include bars/taverns) * Bonus points if you've run your own side hustle, lawn care business, or service company * Perks & Culture: * Uncapped commission : Earn 10% of gross revenue from each first-time customer's annual contract * Bi-weekly commission payouts following service completions * Regular team lunches, prizes, and outings for top performers * Insider perks at some of KC's best restaurants and bars * Real opportunity to grow into a leadership or senior sales role if desired * Fast-paced, high-growth environment with serious entrepreneurial exposure
