Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Admin Assistant. Your main responsibilities include admin duties as well as setting appointments for clients for our leading sales team. Responsibilities: * Conduct research to analyze customer's behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences) * Design and implement successful marketing campaigns * Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities * Track progress with Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Specialists * Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data * Organize presentations for representatives * Prepare daily, weekly, monthly forecasts Skills : * Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or similar role * Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools * Experience with research methods using data analytics software * Expertise phones and appointment setting * Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Web Analytics and Google * Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software * Excellent communication and presentation skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
