Job Description

: As an In-Home Sales Rep, you'll handle 3-5 pre-qualified in-home appointments per day, provided by our marketing team. No prospecting or cold calling required--we supply the leads, you close the sales. Our average job size is $4,300, with a target closing rate of 30-50%. This is a high-potential role for a motivated closer in the home improvement industry.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct in-home consultations, assess client needs, and provide accurate estimates for painting projects.
• Build rapport, present solutions, and close sales on-site.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with support from provided leads.
• Follow up on appointments and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth project handoff.

Requirements

:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in in-home services, home improvement, or painting (1-3 years preferred). Home services experience preferred.
• Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (fuel reimbursement provided).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed for appointments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales training/certification a plus.
