Full description of the position
Fresh & Clean Services is hiring ONE appointment setter. This is a performance-based outbound role. If you are not comfortable with cold calling businesses , handling constant rejection , and being evaluated strictly on results , do not apply. Most applicants are not qualified for this position. This Role Is ONLY for Candidates Who: * Have real outbound B2B cold calling experience * Can confidently speak with decision-makers (property managers, office managers, business owners) * Are comfortable hearing "no" repeatedly throughout the day * Can follow a script exactly and still sound professional * Show up consistently without supervision * Care about metrics, accountability, and performance If any of the above sounds intimidating, this role is not for you. What You Will Be Doing (No Surprises) * Making outbound cold calls to businesses * Qualifying prospects using clear criteria * Booking qualified, scheduled appointments * Logging all activity accurately (calls, conversations, appointments) * Being evaluated weekly on: * Calls made * Conversations held * Appointments booked * Appointment show-up rate This is not customer service. This is not inbound leads. This is not social media messaging. We Will NOT Hire: * People afraid of cold calling * People who want to "learn sales" * People with only inbound or retail experience * People who need constant motivation * People who miss shifts or fail KPIs * People looking for guaranteed income with no pressure If you have quit a sales job because it was "too stressful," do not apply. Compensation (Read Carefully) * Base pay: $15/hour , paid only while minimum KPIs are met * Bonus: $50 -$500 per qualified appointment, based on deal size and show rate * Bonuses are performance-based and uncapped * Top performers consistently earn the equivalent of $20 -$30+ per hour * No results = no bonuses * Underperformance results in termination Schedule & Expectations * Business hours required * Daily activity minimums enforced * KPIs are non-negotiable * This is a performance role , not a clock-in role REQUIRED TO APPLY (Mandatory) Applications missing these answers will be automatically rejected.
