EEC Windows, Siding & Roofing - Kansas City EEC Windows, Siding & Roofing of Kansas City is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. EEC has proudly specialized in Windows, Siding, Roofing, Guttering, and Doors throughout the Kansas City area since 1984. This is a commission-based position , and with the right work ethic and mindset, there is an opportunity to earn a high six-figure income. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong desire to help homeowners make informed decisions through education and honesty , not high-pressure sales tactics. Responsibilities & Duties * Meet with customers on-site and in their homes * Educate homeowners on EEC products and services * Calculate pricing, negotiate terms, and close contracts with clear, detailed intent * Present financing options and help customers find solutions within their budget * Meet with installers on job sites to review customer expectations and project details Qualifications & Skills * Valid driver's license and a good driving record required * Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field * Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills * Positive attitude -- Positive Thinking = Positive Results * Customer-first mindset is a must * Availability to work some evenings and weekends * Proficiency in Microsoft Office recommended * Experience working with insurance claims would be a plus Compensation * Excellent income potential based on performance * Commission-based with no cap on earnings * Company vehicle provided for proven performance If you're driven, customer-focused, and ready to build a rewarding career with a respected local company, we'd love to hear from you.
